Protein is a complex structure made up of amino acids, which are the building blocks of protein. Some amino acids are called essential amino acids – these essential amino acids must be obtained from food or supplements. Non-essential amino acids – are synthesized by the body from other amino acids.

  • Detoxification of Liver
  • Generating & sending nerve impulses
  • Muscle co-ordination
  • Transport & storage
  • Blood clotting
  • Proper brain function
