Contains a pre-biotic, soluble fibre called arabinogalactan, which is derived from the Western Larch tree (Larix occidentalis).
Arabinogalactans (AGs) are a breakthrough in glyconutrient technology. This purified form of soluble vegetable dietary fibre has been endorsed by Dr. Peter D’Adamo.
AGs are found in a variety of foods and herbs, and are commercially extracted with water from portions of the western larch tree (Larix spp.), which are not used by the lumber industry. They are not viscous, are easily incorporated into foods and beverages, and are better tolerated than other dietary fibres such as fructo-oligosaccharides (FOS). They occur naturally in two molecular weight ranges, and patented purification processes have been developed to optimise their activities.
